The Online class is available 24/7. There are no start and stop dates or times and no deadlines. You are completely in control of when and how you take it.
Yes, we still need to do the required firearms training. At the end of the class you will complete the shooting qualification. This is a low pressure easy to complete part. You'll shoot 20 rounds from about 15 feet. After this step you'll be on the home stretch to get your concealed carry/permit to carry.
MN is an open carry state. With a Permit to carry you don't need to conceal it, however we recommend you do, for many reasons.
Everyone is used to calling it a concealed carry permit though so we use the terms interchangeably.
